The Dream World Builder 12-Week Program

A 3-month coaching package including 12 weekly 1-hour sessions, on-call support, and continual progress tracking.

Phase 1: Designing Your Land

We align on where you are at and figure out where you want to go. We make a strategic plan moving forward to see what change looks like for you over the 3-month coaching period.

This is the opportunity for you to see the lay of the land, survey to see what areas need refinement, and see what additional aid is needed.

Focus

  1. Life Audit & Outlined Plan: We will conduct a comprehensive life audit to assess where you currently stand in various aspects of your life. From there, we will create a detailed plan outlining the steps needed to move you towards your desired destination.

  2. Experimentation/Research for Additional Aid: I will guide you through a process of self-discovery and exploration to identify the specific areas where you need additional support or resources to achieve your goals.

  3. SMART Goal Setting: Together, we will set clear and achievable SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals that will serve as the foundation for your coaching journey.

Phase 2: Architecting Buildings

We initiate the plan and continually look at both areas of celebration and improvement moving forward. Habits and goals will be revised based on reflections made about performance.

This is the opportunity for you to start putting all your knowledge together and craft the framework for your buildings.

  1. Building New Habits: We will work together to identify and address any challenges or barriers that may arise as you continue to reinforce new habits that align with your goal and vision.

  2. Journaling Prompts: You will receive customized journaling prompts to facilitate self-reflection and track your progress. These prompts will help you gain insights into your journey and make necessary adjustments.

  3. Goal Revision: We will regularly revisit and revise your goals based on your performance and evolving priorities. This ensures that your goals remain aligned with your vision throughout the coaching process.

Phase 3: Cultivating Autonomy

We double down on your goal, set you up to continuously develop after the coaching session, and introduce new challenges for you to continue autonomously.

This is the opportunity for you to look at what you have built, see what areas you want to improve, and continue forward as your autonomous world builder!

  1. Consistency: We will look back and discuss strategies and techniques for you to maintain consistency in your actions and behaviors. This phase focuses on building sustainable practices that you can continue long after the coaching period ends.

  2. Challenging Comfort: We will explore ways to push your boundaries and comfort zones, fostering personal growth and resilience. You'll learn to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

  3. Competence Mastery: You will gain mastery over the skills and competencies necessary to navigate your chosen path confidently. This phase is about empowering you to become an autonomous world builder.
