“I can be a world builder.”

The more extended version of his story?
Kevin grew up in a small town called Mukilteo, Washington, and achieved a bachelor’s degree in Applied Math from the University of Washington. He worked as a cloud consultant contractor for small companies and then spent two years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Solutions Architect working with enterprise customers.
He achieved what society deemed “success.”
Below the surface, his mental health was degrading. He grappled with thoughts of suicide in high school, leading to visits to the counselor’s office. Throughout college, he found refuge in working all the time in his studies and extracurricular activities, which eventually led to burnout multiple times. The cycle continued as he went into the workforce.
Faced with these challenges, what did he do?
Kevin attended therapy, hosted community events, and eventually quit his 9-5 job to embark on a six-month backpacking trip to explore his heritage and the world. Along the way, he developed a 3-month framework on how you can pave a pathway forward to move through life with a sense of purpose.
Listening to the stories of other inspirational people and exploring different cultures led him to develop the courage to become a mindset coach and start his podcast. This was the safe place he dreamed of when trying to figure out who he was and what he wanted to do in life. Thanks to this experience, it is Kevin’s mission to help others achieve the same sense of fulfillment as they build their dream world according to their desires.
